Electrolysis Engineering Method
- It is the technology that uses electrolytic coagulation and electrolysis to remove non-biodegradable substances.
Process Outline
- The electrolytic coagulation especially uses soluble iron electrode. Accordingly, it is available to remove colloid, heavy and light metals by adding electrolyte in the water and eliminate turbidity and colors which may cause COD.
- In an alkaline solution, FeO₄²- (Ferrate) of high oxidizing power is mainly generated for the effective treatment of non-degradable wastewater.

- The electrolysis uses insoluble electrode which can be applied to enhance the biodegradability of aromatic compound or non-degradable compound with a long chain structure or remove them.
