Advanced Treatment System for Sewage & Wastewater
- The said technology is the advanced treatment process for sewage and wastewater, which can respond to the T-P (Total Phosphate) standard reinforced by the convergence of the previous MBR process and the dissolved air floatation (chemical treatment) and enhance the flux of membrane to reduce initial investment cost and maintenance cost.
- The system consists of anaerobic tank for phosphorus removal, anaerobic tank for nitrogen removal, membrane tank, and deaeration sedimentation tank. Water inflows into anaerobic tank for phosphorus removal and anaerobic tank for nitrogen removal. Two existing return lines consist of a line from the deaeration sedimentation tank (sedimented sludge) to the anaerobic tank for nitrogen removal and a line from the deaeration sedimentation tank (supernatant) to the anaerobic tank for phosphorus removal via the dissolved air floatation which is the characteristic process to remove phosphate. Surplus sludges are drawn out as a type of SCUM in the dissolved air floatation to reduce the sludge by 30% more than previous process and reduce the cost of sludge treatment facility.
