- Project to construct railroads (urban railroads included)/
- Project to construct airports
- Project to use and develop streams
- Project to reclaim and landfill public waters

- Project to develop tourist complex
- Project to develop mountain areas
- Project to develop specific areas
- Project to install sports facility
- Project to install a waste isolation facility
- Project to install national defense and military facility
- Project to collect soil, rocks, sand, pebbles and minerals
- Project to install a facility prescribed by the Presidential Decree which causes impact on the environment
