- It has a purpose to carry out an agency of entrusted management for air pollution prevention system in accordance with the Article 15 (Operation of Discharge System & Prevention System) and the Article 24 (Environment Controller) and the Article 60 of Enactment Regulations (Observances and Management by Environment Controller) in The Act on the Normal Operation, Maintenance and Management of Air Pollution Discharge System & Prevention System and the Air Environment Preservation and the Article 5328 in The Special Act on the Relaxation & Regulation of Company’s Activity
